Pratt & Whitney’s Digital Technology (DT) organization is seeking an experienced Senior IT Program Manager to help shape and deliver strategic technology initiatives across the enterprise. In this highly visible role, you will work with business and technology leaders to enable innovation, enhance operational performance, and support the company’s digital evolution. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience leading IT projects in complex enterprise environments.
  • PMP and SAFe Scrum Master certifications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Proven success delivering large-scale IT programs, including ERP modernization, digital transformation, cloud migrations, data platforms, or engineering systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence executives and lead cross-functional global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex IT projects and multi-workstream programs from initiation through deployment, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business value.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project objectives, assess feasibility, and align initiatives with enterprise strategy and priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, engineering systems, ERP, and external vendors to drive successful outcomes.
  • Establish effective governance, manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Apply Agile, SAFe, hybrid, or Waterfall delivery approaches as appropriate, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to SDLC best practices.
  • Promote quality, compliance, cybersecurity, and change management standards while ensuring solutions meet the needs of a highly regulated aerospace and manufacturing environment.
