Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in aerospace or complex assembly environments.
  • Strong knowledge of material planning systems (ERP/MRP) and logistics best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple disciplines and with external partners/customers.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and mixed-model assembly environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the assembly site, internal disciplines, and internal customers.
  • Support customer reviews and provide clear visibility into delivery status, risks, and recovery plans.
  • Ensure end-to-end material flow from FSLs to the mixed-model assembly line to meet production schedules and delivery commitments.
  • Monitor and manage logistics performance, including supplier shipments, inventory levels, and transportation efficiency.
  • Lead daily coordination meetings to align production, supply chain, and customer requirements.
  • Resolve logistical bottlenecks and proactively mitigate risks to on-time delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in material planning, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in all logistics activities.
