Requirements

  • Diploma in Operations Management, Logistics, Administration, Office Skills, or any related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and speed of execution.
  • Demonstrate leadership and be comfortable working in a team.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (very frequent communications in English).
  • Excellent command of computer tools: Excel, Word (ability to create tracking files, use macros and charts is an asset).
  • Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) and SAP systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the unloading of raw material and finished product deliveries in breweries and warehouses.
  • Enter goods receipt data into SAP (raw materials and finished products).
  • Provide administrative support to first-level managers.
  • Process documents in SAP.
  • Manage the flow of finished products according to the planned schedule, prioritizing by execution plan (fleet or third-party carrier).
  • Reconcile receipts versus bill of lading/invoice.
