Requirements

  • College and/or University degree
  • Positive attitude and results oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 4-phase development program to learn every aspect of the business from shipping and receiving, to sales, operations, purchasing, account management and everything in between.
  • Phase 1 - Warehouse and Customer Service: Focus on warehousing procedures, shipping and receiving, and counter support for customer transactions.
  • Phase 2 – Customer Relationships and Procurement: Focus on customer problem solving, relationship building with customers and vendors, and providing world class service.
  • Phase 3 – Account Management and Proactive Sales: Focus on business development and sourcing sales, expanding the customer base of the business and creating strong customer partnerships.
  • Phase 4 – Leadership and Operations: Focus on developing leadership competencies, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring, and setting vision and strategy.
