Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical, aerospace, industrial, or similar)
- 10+ years of experience in similar industry
- This position is based in a French-speaking work environment; however, it requires a very good command of English to read and understand documentation and technical terms that may originate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with international clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
Nice To Haves
- PMP designation and/or relevant experience delivering projects
- Direct experience in aerospace, especially gas turbine engine maintenance
- Experience making data-driven decisions by seeking out context and evaluating consequences in elaborate business models
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Comfortable in navigating ambiguity and influencing without formal authority
- Skilled at building trusting relationships at all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program experts to identify project ideas, including technical and financial evaluations
- Prioritize each project across the portfolio
- Collaborate with key supporting groups to achieve project objectives
