About The Position

Generix Group is seeking a Project Manager specializing in supply chain management to oversee the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall project management, acting as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams, and guiding the project from initiation to completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations and Logistics Engineering/Industrial Engineering or a BAA with a specialization in Logistics Operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a software implementation role.
  • Knowledge of the supply chain and high technologies.
  • Knowledge of WMS, TMS, MES, OMS.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX, SAP, PeopleSoft).
  • Professional proficiency in French and English.
  • Ability to travel to the United States and Canada (40% of the time).

Responsibilities

  • Integrate the Generix Supply Chain HubTM WMS software at client sites.
  • Analyze processes and manage the planning and implementation activities.
  • Manage the implementation budget.
  • Ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
  • Manage process documentation.
  • Evaluate risks related to project timelines.
  • Analyze and manage new client requirements.
  • Configure technological solutions.
  • Analyze the logistical business processes for future projects.
