Requirements

  • Bilingual — French and English, written and spoken
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling SaaS or B2B software solutions.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, drive, and comfort working in less structured environments.
  • Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline with discipline and accountability.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and CRM tools like HubSpot.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Canadian Legal industry
  • Experience selling to professional services firms (legal, financial, etc.).
  • Comfort with CRM administration or sales enablement tools.
  • Being bilingual (French & English)
  • An experience in a scale-up or fast-growing B2B SaaS company.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage client relationships
  • Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of accounts
  • Become a trusted advisor by understanding your audience at every level of the firm — the lawyer, the administrator, controller, the IT lead — and know how our platform impacts each of themand ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities grounded in a real understanding of each firm's needs and how they operate
  • Actively seek upsell/cross-sell opportunities within your accounts.
  • Prospect and close new accounts through outbound calling strategic outreach, targeted campaigns, events, and referrals.
  • Understand client pain points and present compelling solutions aligned with Juris Concept’s offering.
  • Lead executive-level conversations with law firm leaders in Finance, IT, Operations, Administration as well as Managing Partners
  • Deliver Juris Concept’s value proposition with conviction and credibility.
  • Contribute to the design and rollout ofoptimization of core sales processes, collateral, and performance tools.
  • Serve as a quarterback for opportunities, leaning on technical experts and solutions engineers when the situation calls for it
  • Collaborate with leadership on defining ideal customer profiles, buyer journeys, and channel strategies.
  • Bring customer insights back to the team to influence our processes, product roadmap and communications strategies
  • Bring structure, ideas, and systems to support sustainable growth (think: CRM hygiene, pipeline dashboards, outreach templates, etc.).
  • Stay informed on market trends, client challenges, and competitor offerings.
  • Attend legal tech trade shows and events across Quebec and Canada.
  • Report field insights that can inform product strategy and marketing.
