About The Position

In case of breakdowns and accidents, our team ensures that private customers quickly and easily receive a replacement vehicle. We work closely with various insurance and roadside assistance companies, processing their orders promptly and in a customer-oriented manner via email or phone, then creating orders and reserving the requested vehicles.

Requirements

Fluent in German and English.
Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction.
Open-minded, communicative, and enjoy writing and making phone calls.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment.
Collaborate effectively with other team members.
Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions, ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction.
Initial experience working with MS Office programs (Word, Outlook).
Work reliably, independently, and are service- and solution-oriented.

Nice To Haves

Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
Availability for night shifts.
