About The Position

Language Trainers is an international language training company seeking a German Teacher for a client in Boston, United States. This is a freelance, part-time position for a General German course, format two-to-one, with a total of 40 hours. Each session will be two hours long, scheduled twice per week (Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday afternoons after 4:30pm). The student is a beginner, aged 35-44, motivated by an upcoming move to Germany. The schedule and location may be flexible based on availability, and the hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. We are not able to sponsor visas.

Requirements

• Native German speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
• Have a valid work permit/visa.
• Live within 20 miles of the specified location (02128, Boston).
• Submit CV with references (if available).

• Submit earliest possible start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized language training to a beginner student moving to Germany.
