About The Position
Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is seeking a Geriatrics & Palliative Medicine Physician for their Woodland Hills/Ventura County service area. This role is primarily focused on Skilled Nursing Facilities & Hospital-Based Care. The area offers a diverse range of experiences, from the urban/suburban feel of Woodland Hills to the bi-cultural, small-town feel of Ventura County. The medical staff is characterized by partnering and teamwork, high physician engagement, and a focus on a highly evolved model of care. A family medicine residency program adds academic vibrancy. Emphasis is placed on wellness and interaction through social activities. A robust on-boarding program ensures new hires can integrate quickly.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatrics and/or Palliative Medicine.
