About The Position

Ascension Living - PACE is seeking a physician to join its busy, well-respected program in Wichita, Kansas. This employed role offers the opportunity to provide relationship-centered care to a smaller, medically complex senior patient panel with support from a fully integrated interdisciplinary team. The practice focuses on quality, continuity, value-based care, and helping patients remain safely in their homes.

The position offers a predictable weekday schedule, minimal call, and a mission-focused practice within a nonprofit health system. The physician will work alongside a supportive, team-oriented group of physicians and advanced practice providers. Ascension Living HOPE is a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) center with an integrated referral network and is part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system.

The role requires an MD or DO and board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Candidates must be eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration. Advanced Life Support certification is preferred. The listed annual base salary is $240,000–$250,000, with $3,000 and five dedicated CME days, and malpractice coverage.

Requirements
