Telehealth Geriatrician – Brisbane - WFH - Expression of Interest Remote
About The Position
Access Telehealth is a leading national healthcare provider supporting residents in aged care facilities through a blended model of on-site and telehealth medical services. Through our Access Aged Care model, we deliver co-managed, relationship-based care to residents across Australia, working closely with dedicated GPs, nurses and specialist clinicians to strengthen health outcomes, continuity of care and clinical oversight. As our services continue to grow, we are looking to welcome additional Geriatricians to our national network, offering flexible opportunities to provide specialist support to aged care residents via telehealth.
Requirements
- Geriatricians
- Commitment to a minimum of 3+ hours per week
- Value flexibility in their working arrangements
Responsibilities
- Provide regular telehealth services to residents in Residential Aged Care Homes.
- Review residents.
- Complete progress notes.
- Manage acute issues.
- Support ongoing clinical care throughout each virtual round.
