Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and respect for our residents, families, and colleagues
