About The Position
We are seeking a Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. This is a permanent, full-time position in an outpatient setting, involving clinical duties and shared call. The role focuses on providing comprehensive care to geriatric and frail elderly patients, including primary care, chronic disease management, preventive care, and transitional care.
Requirements
- Active NC License
- NCCPA certification
- DEA
- BLS
- 2 years PA experience

- Experience with geriatric or frail elderly populations
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive geriatric assessments.
- Manage chronic diseases.
- Conduct preventive care screenings.
- Oversee medication management.
- Facilitate transitional care and discharge planning.
- Participate in rounding.
- Handle phone consults as needed.
