ENGEO 360° is a summer internship for university students interested in professional engineering consulting. Interns take on responsibilities that contribute to projects and work across office, field, and laboratory environments. The primary focus is geotechnical engineering, with exposure to geoenvironmental, hydrologic, and geologic engineering. Interns receive support from a Servant Leader, a Go-To buddy, technical leaders, project managers, and others. They primarily divide their time between office and field work and spend up to one week at a soil laboratory in San Ramon, Lathrop, Rocklin, or Valencia. The program also includes an intern workshop, a team event at the corporate office, and social events such as picnics, barbecues, and informal outings.
