About The Position

Geospatial Training Support Specialists create training programs to provide data annotators and quality control analysts with the skills to analyze various forms of geospatial imagery and data and label specific objects, features, and other characteristics to customer requirements. The Training Support Specialists create training materials following Enabled Intelligence standard templates and procedures. The training Support Specialists works with Project Managers and Quality Assurance team members to identify and develop additional training during programs to improve individual and team performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Geospatial Imagery Analysis, including EO, IR, SAR, geospatial imagery, and FMV; or a minimum of 1 year of internal Enabled Intelligence experience in Geospatial Data Labeling or Quality Control (QC)
  • Active GEOINT Professional Certification or actively working toward obtaining the GEOINT Professional Certification. Selected candidate must pass the final assessment within six months of employment.
  • Strong order of battle knowledge including air, ground and naval
  • Ability to take initiative, ownership and problem solve in a dynamic environment
  • Strong writing, presentation, communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with a team of people with unique communication, learning and working styles in a supportive environment focused on setting individuals up for success
  • Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain at TS-SCI

Nice To Haves

  • Active TS- SCI Clearance
  • Geospatial Imagery Analysis experience
  • Previous experience creating data annotation training
  • Previous experience working with U.S. government and/or geospatial imagery industry
  • Educational background or training in program management, geospatial data and/or analysis science

Responsibilities

  • Create project and campaign specific training to Data Annotators, Quality Control Analysts (QC), Quality Assurance Analyst/SMEs to ensure project success and meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with the Director of Training to create foundational data annotation and QC training to upskill incoming new hires and team members looking to advance their skills and career at Enabled Intelligence.
  • Provide on the floor support with real time coaching on to enhance team member's technical skills in data analysis, feature identification and classification, and labeling with the goal of lowering annotation error rate and helping EI team members improve over time.
  • Develop training content in multiple formats, styles, and approaches to best meet learning styles of individual team members and specific requirements of each labeling campaign.
