About The Position

AECOM is seeking a Geospatial Analyst to join its U.S. West Planning + Urbanism team. The role supports planning and multidisciplinary projects by developing, analyzing, and managing spatial data and translating complex information into actionable insights and clear project deliverables, including maps, charts, tables, infographics, technical documentation, and written materials. Applicants are expected to have experience with long-range planning and be able to interpret zoning or development regulations. Creativity and critical thinking are important because projects vary widely. The analyst applies GIS technologies and spatial analysis techniques to planning, design, environmental, infrastructure, and operational projects, working with project managers, planners, designers, and technical specialists. The position is hybrid and based out of AECOM's Chicago or Dallas office. The successful candidate will work across multiple projects, manage priorities and schedules, and contribute to improved geospatial workflows, tools, and practices.
