The Working Families Party (WFP) is seeking a Georgia Electoral Organizing Fellow for a four-month, hands-on organizing program designed to develop new organizers and build the people power necessary to win elections and expand the Working Families Party across Metro Atlanta. This role involves direct voter contact and volunteer organizing, including engaging with voters, recruiting and developing volunteers, managing canvasses and phone banks, supporting WFP-endorsed campaigns, and contributing to the establishment of lasting WFP chapters. The work requires a blend of computer-based tasks and field activities, with regular evening and weekend commitments. Ideal candidates will have strong connections to Metro Atlanta communities, be comfortable initiating conversations with new people, and be enthusiastic about fostering political leadership in others.
