About The Position

We are looking for an Expert-level TS/SCI-cleared GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting real-time and activity-based collection, managing large multi-source data, assessing metrics, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists. The analyst will also need knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors, automated collection strategies, and inferencing methodologies. Experience with multi-tasking across geographically separated locations, NSG focus areas, collection management structures, and NSG/IC collaborative tools is required. The position requires the ability to collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence, multi-source strategies for complex intelligence problems, and support the research phase of Information Need development, understanding the impacts of phenomenology on GEOINT tasking. Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) is also necessary.

Requirements

  • 10+ yrs experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data including support to real-time and activity-based collection
  • 7+ years of experience managing large multi-source data sensemaking, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence/reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists
  • Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies which derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets
  • Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated locations
  • Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization
  • Ability to collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence, multi-source strategies to address complex or unusual intelligence problems
  • Ability to support research phase of Information Need development and understand impacts of phenomenology on tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT
  • Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph (CI Poly can be scheduled after Indoc)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materials
  • Experience with research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
  • Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences.
  • Operational experience with vector data.
