About The Position

Clear Resolution Consulting (CRC) is seeking a GEOINT Source Throughput Analyst to join their team. This is a Senior Level position located in Springfield, VA (NGA-W) with an immediate opening. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph and is a 1st Shift position. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data including support to real-time and activity-based collection.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large multi-source data, sensemaking, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence/reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists.
  • Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies which derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets.
  • Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated client locations.
  • Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization.
  • Ability to develop and sustain mission relationships across NGA, the IC, and DoW as well as build relationships with key NRO stakeholders to support future architecture.
  • Ability to help synchronize mission requirements to prevent redundancies, identify conflicts, and review priorities for tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT sources.
  • Ability to ensure new or modified capabilities from National assets are transitioned into operations properly and to lead teams executing integration activities.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • HS diploma or GED.

  • Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences.
  • Experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materials.
  • GPC-F Certification.
  • Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures.
  • Experience with research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
  • Operational experience with vector data.
