About The Position
Assists the Genetic Counselors and office staff in the Precision Medicine Program with administrative and clinical support to the Genetic Counseling Clinic and High-Risk Cancer Screening Clinic. This includes hereditary cancer and cardiac conditions, prenatal and preconception genetics. Tasks involve collecting medical records, answering patient questions regarding the Genetic Counseling Clinic and High-Risk Cancer Screening Clinic, disclosing negative genetic test results, data tracking and collection, as well as other follow-up tasks.
Requirements
- Administrative and clinical support experience
- Experience with hereditary cancer and cardiac conditions
- Experience with prenatal and preconception genetics
