Requirements
- A proven background in fast-paced customer service or sales
- Tech-savvy mindset—CRM, DMS, tablets, and digital tools are your jam
- Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment, is hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive and/or service writing experience would be considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds
- Scheduling service, maintenance, and recall appointments efficiently
- Communicating technical service needs in a customer-friendly way
- Advising on required/recommended services with confidence and clarity
- Updating customers throughout the process and managing expectations
- Reviewing work orders, explaining results, and ensuring satisfaction
