Responsibilities

  • Redesign and modernize end-to-end equity processes to eliminate manual work, reduce operational risk, and enable scale
  • Architect integrated workflows across equity platforms, payroll, HR systems, and vendor ecosystems
  • Lead automation and system optimization efforts in partnership with engineering and external providers
  • Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness across all equity programs
  • Anticipate and mitigate operational, regulatory, and financial risks tied to global equity delivery
  • Own the integrity of vesting, taxation alignment, and share delivery across jurisdictions
  • Partner with Total Rewards and executive stakeholders to evolve equity programs in line with business strategy, market trends, and workforce shifts
