Generative AI Associate Turkish Speaking - Flexible Hours
About The Position
Innodata is seeking Turkish-speaking contributors for its Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Demand program, supporting the development and evaluation of generative AI and large language models. This is a part-time, remote, flexible, project-specific opportunity for people interested in language, logic, and AI development. Contributors work on projects according to their schedule and help improve AI systems through a range of data and evaluation tasks. Work may include evaluating model performance and content quality, labeling and categorizing data, ranking items, creating prompts and responses, generating or rewriting text, summarizing material, transcribing and translating language, augmenting training data, reviewing product features against project guidelines, and collecting data for training, evaluation, or fine-tuning. The expected hourly salary range is $15–$20, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a humanities specialization.
- Professional or expert-level (C1/C2) proficiency in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities
- Rate and assess AI models or algorithms based on their outputs or behavior using evaluative questions.
- Label elements within content and assign predefined categories or labels to items.
- Evaluate the perceived quality or appropriateness of content.
- Generate labels to support understanding of concepts or trends.
- Create additional machine-learning training data by transforming original data, including text, images, audio, or video.
- Review data and determine whether product features work as intended according to project guidelines.
- Label model outputs to identify whether content matches specified characteristics.
- Order or rank items according to preferences or criteria.
- Create prompts or questions for language models or other AI systems.
- Evaluate content relevance using a specified scale.
- Generate responses to prompts or questions using a language model or other AI system.
- Rewrite text while preserving its meaning and following clarity, style, or project guidelines.
- Summarize longer pieces of text or data.
- Transcribe spoken language or audio content into written text.
- Translate text or spoken language between languages.
- Gather and compile data for training, evaluating, or fine-tuning AI models.
