About The Position

Our company is looking for Temporary Summer Help to assist Pressroom Foreman and Press crews in performing a wide variety of manual tasks in the pressroom.

Requirements

• Above average English oral and written communication skills and math skills
• Average typing and computer skills
• Ability to read and understand general documents
• Above average interpersonal and telephone skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 2000 including Outlook emails, excel and word
• Basic math, mechanical and communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent Required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Able to stand for full shift (usually eight hours per day).
• Must possess full range of motor/motion skills in all body areas.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and provide information or answer questions as needed
• Assist in maintaining warehouse and facility.
• Assist with shipping documents and general office paperwork.
• Operation of the Segerdahl computer system, use of required documentation
• Read and understand job tickets and work instructions
• Locate paper for jobs and move to press
• Locate ink for jobs and give to the press crews
• Other duties as may be assigned
