About The Position
The General Worker 3/Maintenance Helper is responsible for repairing wooden cranberry crates by removing defective wood and replacing it with new components. This role requires the safe operation of tools such as a pneumatic stapler, nail gun, hammer, and pry bar. The position also involves logging daily production results and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Additionally, the worker must be willing to perform various roles within the facility, including FF Quality Analyzer, Scaler, Forklift Driver (moving totes), and General Laborer.

- Must be willing to work in a variety of positions in the facility.

- Repair wooden cranberry crates by removing defective wood and replacing with new wood components.
- Safely operate a pneumatic stapler, nail gun, hammer and pry bar.
- Log daily production results.
