About The Position

CVS Health is seeking dependable General Warehouse Associates to join its distribution team. The role supports accurate handling, organization, and preparation of products for shipment in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on teamwork, safety, and quality. Associates receive, sort, organize, pick, pack, and prepare merchandise and orders, and may load or unload trailers and pallets using safe lifting techniques. They may operate manual or powered equipment as needed, maintain a clean and safe work area, assist with housekeeping, and participate in training for additional warehouse duties. The position is full-time, with 40 anticipated weekly hours, and the listed shift is first shift.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• 0–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize merchandise within the distribution center.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers or pallets using safe lifting techniques.
• Operate manual or powered equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
• Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
