About The Position
CVS Health is seeking dependable General Warehouse Associates to join its distribution team. The role supports the accurate handling, organization, and preparation of products for shipment in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, safety, and quality. This is a full-time, first-shift position scheduled from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with 40 anticipated weekly hours.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- 0–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize merchandise within the distribution center.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers or pallets using safe lifting techniques.
- Operate manual or powered equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines.
- Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
- Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
