About The Position

CVS Health is seeking dependable General Warehouse Associates to join its distribution team. This role supports the accurate handling, organization, and preparation of products for shipment in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on teamwork, safety, and quality. The position is full-time, working 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., with an anticipated 40 hours per week. Starting pay is $18 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential; the stated pay range is $16.00–$23.56 per hour. The role involves receiving and organizing merchandise, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trailers or pallets, and using warehouse equipment as needed. Associates also maintain a clean and safe work area and may participate in training for additional warehouse duties.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

0–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive, sort, and organize merchandise within the distribution center.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
Load and unload trailers or pallets using safe lifting techniques.
Operate manual or powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines.
Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
