About The Position

Summit Racing Equipment is hiring full-time General Warehouse team members for its Order Fulfillment Center in McDonough, Georgia. The role supports warehouse operations by stocking products, handling trailers, and picking and packing customer orders. Team members work in a fast-paced environment and are expected to meet performance standards while maintaining accuracy, productivity, dependable attendance, and safe work practices. The facility is air-conditioned. The position pays $19.75 per hour and is scheduled for 40 or more hours per week. The listed schedule is Sunday 9:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. and Monday, Thursday, and Friday 1:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. Overtime is required during peak periods, with advance notice provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and understand English and perform basic math.
• Ability to use technology, including scanners and computers.
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve required performance standards.
• Ability to climb stairs, bend, squat, kneel, and twist.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to perform extensive walking.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, productivity, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Put products in the correct warehouse locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading trailers.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Follow established processes and contribute to a safe, efficient operation.
• Support teammates and help deliver exceptional customer service.
