About The Position

Five Below is hiring for a seasonal General Warehouse role through the end of December 2026. The position is scheduled from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and pays $19.50 per hour. Associates may perform duties such as container unloading, picking, shipping diversion, and other warehouse work. They handle, move, store, pick, and prepare merchandise for shipment; operate equipment such as an RF gun and pallet jack; and keep warehouse equipment and materials neat, clean, and orderly. Associates may also support other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; calculator use is helpful.
Ability to follow written or oral instructions using common-sense understanding.
Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently while following prescribed work methods.
Ability to work flexible hours and an alternate shift for an extended period with limited notice.
Ability to stand, stoop, lift, and perform manual dexterity tasks.
Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for the entire shift.
Ability to ascend staircases and perform standing work on an elevated platform.
Ability to work in cold temperatures in winter and hot temperatures in summer.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
One year of warehouse experience (preferred).

Nice To Haves

Forklift, pallet rider, or manual pallet jack experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Load and unload shipments safely and move product to assigned locations or containers.
Stack and store merchandise in appropriate areas.
Pick store orders for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
Place boxes on pallets or conveyor belts.
Pick freight from pallets using pick labels.
Stack pallets with product from shipping divert lanes.
Build and shrink-wrap pallets.
Move pallets with a pallet jack.
Use an RF gun for picking, receiving, put-away, replenishments, and load functions, as required.
Maintain facility equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
Perform additional duties as assigned and support other departments as needed.
