About The Position

CVS Health is seeking dependable General Warehouse Associates to join its distribution team. The role involves handling, organizing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on teamwork, safety, and quality. This is a full-time, second-shift position scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., with 40 anticipated weekly hours. Starting pay is $18 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential; the stated typical pay range is $16.00–$23.56 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 0–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize merchandise within the distribution center.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers or pallets using safe lifting techniques.
• Operate manual or powered equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
• Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
