Requirements

Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to operate hand truck, pallet jack, and other required MHE.
Respond promptly and professionally to Sunland and/or customer needs.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
Balances team and individual responsibilities.
Consistently at work and on time.
Able to work day, afternoon shifts.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1 year or more related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reaching with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel.
Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally team lift and/or move more than one hundred pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Must pass a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and road test administered by Sunland.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area, adhering to Safety, Sanitation, and Security standards.
Perform sweeping, mopping, and detail cleaning, including cleaning underneath and wiping equipment.
Handle damaged goods, cleaning supplies, and gather wrap and cardboard.
Operate a floor scrubber.
Utilize equipment to navigate the warehouse for gathering garbage and recyclables.
Assist in maintaining warehouse security.
Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and complies with OSHA, EPA, and MSDS Standards.
