About The Position

CVS Health is seeking dependable General Warehouse Associates to join its distribution team. The role supports accurate handling, organization, and preparation of products for shipment in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality. This is a full-time position with 40 anticipated weekly hours on the second shift in Loudon, Tennessee.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• 0–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize merchandise within the distribution center.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers or pallets using safe lifting techniques.
• Operate manual or powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
• Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
