About The Position

Aramark is hiring General Help for its Food Service Operation at Intact in Montreal. This role involves greeting customers, serving them courteously, maintaining coffee stations, restocking refrigerators, assisting with food preparation, setting up before service, receiving and storing deliveries, contributing to the cleanliness of work areas, and following company policies and safety regulations. Other related duties may be performed as required.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer service oriented and committed to providing a high-quality experience.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required, as many of our customers are English-speaking.

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 2 years of experience in the restaurant or food service industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Serve customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Ensure coffee stations are clean, organized, and fully always stocked.
• Restock and rotate products in refrigerators.
• Assist with general food preparation in the kitchen as needed.
• Complete setup and preparation before service periods.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Contribute to the general maintenance and cleanliness of work and service areas.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as required.
