About The Position
ARAMARK is looking for General Helpers for the food service operations at Camp Vimy on the Valcartier base. This is a seasonal position running from May to August. Public transportation does not reach the base, so personal transportation is required. Carpooling options may be available after hiring.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Good organizational skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to meet operational needs
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must complete a criminal background check and, when necessary, a vulnerable sector screening.
Nice To Haves
- Kitchen helper experience is an asset
Responsibilities
- General food preparation in the kitchen
- Assist with meal services
- Refill refrigerators
- Help organize and store orders
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Participate in cleaning service areas
- Follow established safety regulations
- Perform any other related tasks as needed
