General Urologist MD/DO
About The Position
Hartford HealthCare’s Tallwood Urology and Kidney Institute is seeking a General Urologist to establish state-of-the-art, nationally recognized urologic services at The Hospital of Central CT in New Britain, Connecticut. The position offers the support and resources of a large hospital system along with the autonomy of a close-knit community practice. The physician will join a New England urology group of more than 30 urologists, supported by fellowship-trained urologists and advanced practitioners. Institute resources and support are available for research. Call coverage is 1 in 6. Hartford HealthCare also offers physician development and wellbeing support through its Physician Leadership Development Institute and Office of Provider Wellness. The Hospital of Central CT is located near New York City and Boston, in a community with leafy suburbs and public schools described as among the finest in the nation. This is a salaried position; compensation may depend on qualifications, location, internal equity, and other factors, and may include bonuses, incentive plans, loan repayment, administrative stipends, or relocation.
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Urology.
- Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the State of Connecticut.
Responsibilities
