About The Position

MetroWest Medical Center is seeking a General Surgery Physician to join a well-established practice. This role offers the opportunity to work with a da Vinci Xi robot, 10 operating rooms, and the necessary infrastructure to support a high-performing surgeon. The position provides genuine autonomy to build a patient base and case mix, with a culture that balances surgical excellence and work-life balance. The practice focuses on full-scope general surgery with bread-and-butter case volume, including opportunities in breast surgery. The physician will have access to robotic and laparoscopic surgery platforms and will participate in ASC call only, with no hospital call burden. The organization is physician-focused with strong administrative support.

Requirements

• Board certified in General Surgery
• Robotic and laparoscopic surgery experience required
• Experienced/seasoned surgeon preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope general surgery with bread-and-butter case volume.

• Participate in ASC call only.
