About The Position
A single specialty group is seeking another associate to join their team, working alongside 2 general surgeons and an experienced surgical team. The role involves a full scope of general bread and butter general surgery cases. The practice composition is 42% general surgery procedures and 58% GI. An excellent referral system and high patient demand for surgical services are in place, offering a quick ramp-up for the new associate. The office hours are Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm and Fridays from 8am-12pm. The position also involves sharing call at a 1:3 ratio. The hospital services over 180,000 residents and provides both inpatient and outpatient surgery services, including a cystoscopy room, GI room, and procedure rooms. The location offers year-round sunshine, easy access to the Colorado River, a variety of school options, shopping, dining, and a growing community.
