About The Position

A well-established orthopedic practice is seeking another associate to work alongside two Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeons and an experienced surgical team. The role involves a wide range of general orthopedic surgery, with a subspecialty interest in total joints being welcomed but not required. This position offers a high patient volume opportunity, supported by a loyal referral system and a supportive administrative staff. The associate will share call 1:3. The compensation package includes salary, incentives, retirement benefits, relocation assistance, vacation, CME allowance, general benefits, malpractice coverage, a signing bonus, and may include student loan assistance. The practice services over 180,000 residents in an area that offers year-round sunshine, abundant outdoor activities, and easy access to the Colorado River.
