About The Position

Busy surgical practice seeks to add another associate. Work alongside 4 General Surgeons & an experienced support staff. Surgical responsibilities involve a broad range of bread & butter general surgery procedures including some trauma. Subspecialties are welcomed except for bariatric and breast surgery. Practice is well organized, has the latest on EMR & open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Share call equally 1:3. Servicing over 200K residents, hospital provides physicians and patients with the latest in technological innovations for diagnosis and treatment of the most acute clinical conditions. Enjoy easy access to Las Cruces, surrounding communities & El Paso TX. Area offers a unique variety of attractions, culture, historical sites & superb year-round weather w/350 days of sunshine per year.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
• Ability to perform a broad range of general surgery procedures
• Willingness to participate in trauma call
• Must be able to share call equally 1:3
