About The Position
We are seeking a General Surgeon for a Locum Tenens position at a hospital in Lebanon, PA. This role involves providing 24-hour in-house call coverage for general surgery emergencies, performing necessary procedures, consulting on inpatient surgical cases, managing post-operative care, and collaborating with hospital staff. The coverage period is from October 5, 2026, to January 4, 2027, with an on-call schedule of Friday 7 am to Monday 7 am, including one weekend and one week per month. Temporary privileges are available for candidates with a clean file, and the credentialing timeline is 60-120 days.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania license or Universal License (IMLC)
- Board Certified in General Surgery
- DEA required
