About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino's Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Store Manager for its Central Everett location. The manager is responsible for all restaurant operations, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The role sets an example for the team and ensures that company policies and procedures are followed consistently. Responsibilities also include scheduling, ordering products, training team members, and hiring. General Managers may receive a profit-share production bonus based on controlling costs within goals.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to work weekend nights.
Must have judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

One year of restaurant management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all activities and operations in the restaurant.
Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
