Requirements

Demonstrated experience in electrical maintenance, installation, and fault finding
Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and risk management in a technical environment
Experience leading tasks or mentoring junior team members
Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems and deliver effective solutions
Relevant electrical trade qualification and unrestricted electrical licence
Current driver’s licence
An Australian Citizen and the ability to obtain Baseline Clearance

Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance, installation, and fault resolution of electrical systems supporting critical aviation infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while delivering reliable and efficient system performance.
Mentor electricians and technicians.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support operational resilience across the network.
Collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, and operational stakeholders.
