Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in electrical maintenance, installation, and fault finding
  • Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and risk management in a technical environment
  • Experience leading tasks or mentoring junior team members
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems and deliver effective solutions
  • Relevant electrical trade qualification and unrestricted electrical licence
  • Current driver’s licence
  • An Australian Citizen and the ability to obtain Baseline Clearance

  • Additional licences (e.g. cabling) desirable

Responsibilities

  • Lead the maintenance, installation, and fault resolution of electrical systems supporting critical aviation infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while delivering reliable and efficient system performance.
  • Mentor electricians and technicians.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support operational resilience across the network.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, and operational stakeholders.
