About The Position

The Electrical General Foreman will be responsible for managing commercial and industrial electrical projects, as well as mid-rise multi-family residential apartment buildings. This role involves leading a team of up to 30 electricians, assigning daily tasks, managing job site materials, and tracking manpower for efficient execution. The Foreman will also coordinate and communicate project updates with the office team, ensuring successful project completion within deadlines and budgets. Strong communication with the project manager, client, and other trades is essential, as is the ability to complete and deliver as-builts and project closeout documentation.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, and mid rise residential multi family projects
Must have 6+ years of leading a team of electricians
Four year training with accredited electrical school required with journeyman certificate
Company van provided with gas card
Possess excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and detail oriented
Must possess strong knowledge of NEC
OSHA 30 or willing to obtain
Must have valid driver's license
