About The Position
Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a General Service Technician to join their team. Requirements
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays (with Sundays off!).
Nice To Haves
- Some knowledge of basic automotive systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- State Inspector License (certified or working toward it).
- Previous automotive experience.
- High level of motivation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform tire mounting, dismounting, balancing & rotation.
- Conduct oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance.
- Perform multi-point inspections and document vehicle conditions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
- Drive vehicles safely and courteously, obeying all traffic laws.
- Pick up parts and supplies.
- Transport customers as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns to direct supervisor.
- Support team members with other assigned tasks.
- Adhere to Sun Auto’s core values and company policies.
