About The Position

We're looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to lead our Sales team, drive results, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a General Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing our Sales Representatives, ensuring profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction, and overseeing vehicle sales processes. You'll monitor performance, collaborate with the team to determine appropriate vehicle inventory levels, address customer concerns, and develop action plans for the Sales department.

Requirements

  • Previous experience, as a Sales Manager, General Sales Manager with proven results required
  • Leadership skills with a real passion and drive
  • Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Goal-oriented, friendly personality
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills
  • Acceptable driving record & valid driver’s license
