About The Position

Five Star Chevrolet is seeking a results-driven Experience General Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations, including new & used vehicles, F&I, and customer experience. You’ll lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team while hitting revenue goals and delivering exceptional service. The General Sales Manager (GSM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership’s sales operations, including new and used vehicle sales, finance and insurance, and customer relationship management. This role requires a results-oriented leader who can inspire a high-performing team, maximize revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • Proven dealership leadership experience GSM
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales & F&I
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of success

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets
  • Develop sales strategies and monitor performance metrics
