Requirements

  • Prior luxury automotive sales managerial experience required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of inventory control
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, ADP/CDK, CRM)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong work ethic
  • Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Maintain positive relationships with our clients, factory representatives, and vendors
  • Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
  • Work with our marketing team to develop advertising campaigns
  • Achieve manufacturer performance objectives
  • Manage the new vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades
  • Manage the Pre-Owned inventory, including sales and acquisitions
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Manage all other aspects of the sales department
  • Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars
