About The Position

Holman is seeking a qualified General Sales Manager at Land Rover San Diego. This role requires high energy, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a steady work history and prior experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager with a proven track record of achieving positive results. This position is responsible for customer retention and profitability in sales and finance, hiring, training, and motivating sales consultants and management employees, and planning dealership operations. The role emphasizes enthusiastic leadership, employee engagement, and upholding company values. A strong background in sales knowledge, training, and performance, along with a highly engaged retail process and customer satisfaction focus, is essential. The total target annual compensation is $200,000 - $250,000.

Requirements

  • At least a 3-year history and track record of success as a General Sales Manager (preferred) or a Sales Manager.
  • Strong sales knowledge, training and performance background.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accountability for customer retention and profitability in sales and finance.
  • Hire, train, and motivate all sales consultants and sales management employees.
  • Plan dealership operations for the coming year and submit to the company for approval.

  • Assist with recruiting and training top talent, in addition to retaining them within the organization.
